1.  How can I get your demo?

Click here to request one, or call us toll free at (888) 333-5551.  Your demo will be shipped as soon as possible after we receive this information.  Demos are sent on CD and generally are shipped within 1 day of your request.  Web based demos are generally given the same day.

2.  Will the demo allow me to actually try the software before I buy it?

Yes.  Our demo is a copy of the actual software, so you will know exactly what Matrix will do for you before you spend any money.  The demo has a sample company in it, and you also get to add a few of your own units and tenants, post rents and print tenant statements, as well as enter payables and print sample checks.  The demo also has on-line help, just like the real software.

3.  Can you give me references?

Yes.  All we ask is that you preview the demo first.  Once you have reviewed it and are more certain that Matrix will meet your company's needs, call us and we will gladly provide you with references.

4.  I'm ready to order.  When will I get my fully working version of Matrix?

Once we receive your order, we will activate your web based account the same day, or express mail your CD if you choose the PC based software.  PC users can also order a manual and installation instructions.  If ordering the PC based software, you will receive your package within 5 business days.  Fedex shipping is available for an additional $15.00 charge.

5.  What about technical support?

The web based Matrix includes all the tech support you'll ever need at no additional cost.   However, if you choose the PC based Matrix, it comes with 60 days free support.  That includes phone support, knowledge base, or e-mail support when you purchase the software.  Our support is the very best in the property management software industry--just ask our customers!

6.  Does your software handle taxes (GST, PST) for Canada?

Yes, it does. Call or e-mail us, and we will fax you an example of how to track them in receivables and payables, and then pay the difference to the government.
